      Description of problem:

      e2e-gcp-pao consistently  falling on timeouts because the lane split to 4.12 (updating-profile lane) wasn't backport

      1. issue PR against 4.12
2. wait for gcp-pao lane

      Actual results:

      lane fail on timeout

      Expected results:

      lane should pass
