      Description of problem:

      CLI integration tests are broken since output files are not copied due to the absence of tar executable in collector pod

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Run CLI integration tests

      Actual results:

      Integration tests fail due to tar executable not found in collector pod and files are not copied to output directory

      Expected results:

      Integration tests should pass
