As slices are meant to be a delegated config, it is likely to be changed more often, which currently would trigger FLP restarts

It would be better to hot-reload the filters config, like it's done with flowmetrics

When a slice config changes, the FLP pods are not restarted: they get the new config from watched configmap, and process it.
