Netobserv 1.10.1 introduces a new warning message when Direct mode is used on large clusters, however this warning is not refreshed when the cluster size changes (upscaling or downscaling)

E.g.

• Create a 5-nodes cluster with netobserv installed in direct mode => the warning is not displayed
• Up-scale cluster to 20 nodes => warning still not displayed (it should)

More generally, cluster info that are fetched at the operator startup (cluster ID, available APIs, ocp version, nodes count etc.) are never refreshed, they should.
