      Description of problem:

      Due to Network policies deployed by default, current must-gather plugin image would fail if Loki and Kafka is deployed in its own NS.

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Deploy Loki and kafka in their own NS other than netobserv
2. Deploy flowcollector
3.

      Actual results:

      Loki and kafka logs are not collected

      Expected results:
