We can make the "metricName" field optional by getting it from the k8s object name, to make it easier to manage flowmetrics.

There's just a need to convert forbidden characters to "_", so for instance a FlowMetric object named "ens5-traffic" would automatically result in creating a metric named "ens5_traffic"
