      Description of problem:

      Service monitor is not generated correctly

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. run oc netobserv metrics using downstream image
2. Note the error in the startup

      Actual results:

      error: error parsing STDIN: error converting YAML to JSON: yaml: line 15: found character that cannot start any token

      Expected results:

      Service Monitor should be created and dashboard accessible
