The goal of this user story is to add a new metric for maxconn setting. Make sure the metric is available in router deployment and OpenShift Prometheus console. The change should be unit tested. An automated e2e test (in cluster ingress operator repository) is something to be considered depending on the readiness of the e2e suite for metric testing.
