While working on https://issues.redhat.com/browse/MCO-497, it became apparent that it would be useful for the MCO to be able to identify what OS version it would upgrade to next by inspecting the image labels attached to the new OS container image. While the work that took place in https://issues.redhat.com/browse/MCO-497 was ultimately not needed right now, there was some code written under the aforementioned issue that would make this possible. This card primarily concerns itself with landing that code into the MCO.{}
