Currently, we don't have a good product doc around what each field in MCP status mean. As a result, OCP user often get confused  which leads to bus like https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1937814 . It will be good to keep our API comments related to MCP stayus (https://github.com/openshift/machine-config-operator/blob/master/pkg/apis/machineconfiguration.openshift.io/v1/types.go#L274)  up-to-date so that we have a good generated MCO API doc which our product doc can easily refer to it.

Acceptance Criteria:

• MCO API comments related to MCP status are updated with all the details.
