The number of nodes in a cluster should have a 1:1 relation with the number of MachineConfigNode resources, as each MCN represents a node. Therefore, when a node is created, a corresponding MCN should be created, and when a node is deleted, its corresponding MCN should also be deleted. This test should ensure that MCNs are properly created and deleted as nodes are spun up and down in a cluster.
