Story

As a developer of cluster logging,
I want to alert users the storage, visualization and collection implementations they have deployed
are deprecated if they are Elasticsearch, Kibana and fluentd
so they can prepare for when they go out of support

Acceptance Criteria

• Verify a warning alert is triggered if Elasticsearch is deployed as the log storage on the cluster
• Verify a warning alert is triggered if kibana is deployed as the log collector on the cluster
• Verify a warning alert is triggered if fluentd is deployed as the log collector on the cluster
