Kite running on konflux private instances are unable to connect with database. Apparently there is a firewall rule blocking kite pods running in konflux private instance to connect with database.

There are two possibles paths:

1. Ask to infra team to create an exception and allow kite from private instance access database
2. Request new database each private cluster. Though simpler this option can have higher costs.
