The integration service recently migrated from using the component's spec.containerImage field to store the latest image to using the component's status.lastPromotedImage field.  This change will need to be reflected in the UI.  The single component view has a "Component Details" section with a "Latest Image" field that will need to be updated.  The all compnents view also has the latest image under the name of each component.  See the attached screenshots for reference.

The spec.containerImage field is no longer referenced by the integration service and will now contain a different field that does not accurately reflect the latest image.
