Sustaining team is still in transitioning phase so we don't have a full understanding what should we convey to our customers/TAM's and SA's. However, based on our understanding we started a document to gather our thoughts and we need help from core engineering and product management to keep it more refined so that we can share w/ customers (internal/external) via KCS article.
