      Prerequisites show, that RHCOS8 / RHEL8 compatible nodes have to be used, but 4.13 is using RHEL9 / RHCOS9 under https://docs.openshift.com/container-platform/4.13/installing/installing_bare_metal_ipi/ipi-install-prerequisites.html#node-requirements_ipi-install-prerequisites
