Create an enhancement proposal for adding new field for revisionHistoryLimit, custom annotations, which are the only missing configurations from the ask. Look for other ways to support these trivial configurations, probably an enum like `overrideArgs` or similar.

• Should be created in https://github.com/openshift/enhancements/tree/master/enhancements/external-secrets-operator
