      According to https://issues.redhat.com/browse/RHEL-73904 the azure-vm-utils package will be included in RHEL 9.7+ and RHEL 10.1+

      For RHEL 9.6 (and only 9.6) let's ship the needed udev-rules in our overlay. Let's configure things in such a way that the workaround will automatically drop out when the version is no longer 9.6.
