VirtualMachineDescriptionItem is used also outside of VM pages for describing details fields - it should be renamed.

A lot of code is duplicated across many resources (e.g. description items for name, namespace, labels, annotations, description and createdAt).

We should refactor this, so next time when a new page is created, there is a simple DescriptionItem component for adding e.g. a Name field, without the need to copy code from other resource details page.
