Description

As a cluster administrator, I want to perform backup operations directly from the Hypershift CLI so that I can easily create backups without using external tools.

Acceptance Criteria

Add backup command to Hypershift CLI

• Support backup configuration options
• Provide clear status and progress feedback
• Handle errors gracefully with meaningful messages

Technical Notes

• Integrate with existing backup infrastructure
• Follow CLI design patterns established in Hypershift
